Express Elixir – an option for you

A service that will enable you to make transfers instantly. Just one extra click and the money will be in the recipient's account within seconds. Do you not know the bank account number of the person you want to send a transfer to? Use the 'transfer to phone number' option at your bank and your funds will be transferred instantly via BLIK.

Express Elixir is the optimal solution when time is of essence. It is you who decides when the transfer will reach the recipient.

Express Elixir – how to use it?

It's easy – just tick the appropriate option when ordering a transfer at your bank or use BLIK payments to a phone number. The only condition is that the service is available at your bank and the recipient's bank. The price of the service is set by your bank – it is usually a few zlotys, and some banks offer a monthly pool of free express transfers. BLIK transfers to a phone number are free of charge. You can make such transfer provided that your bank and the bank of the recipient of the transfer are participants in the Express Elixir and BLIK systems and both banks support transfers to phone numbers. KIR guarantees the uninterrupted availability of the Express Elixir system – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.*

  • You will receive a confirmation of the transfer as soon as it is made.
  • You can order transfers from any internet-enabled device – via online banking, the application or BLIK.
  • You can pay your gas or electricity bills at the last minute, make an urgent down payment for a package holiday or a down payment for a flat, pay off a loan instalment on time

Express Elixir will help you settle conveniently with your friends using their telephone numbers, when for example you want to split a joint bill.

The express transfer system from KIR provides for high transaction limits – up to PLN 100,000 as standard for a single transfer, and up to PLN 250,000 for transfers sent to customs and tax authorities. The system does not impose a limit on the daily number of transactions.

The Express Elixir system is widely available – 25 commercial banks and more than 450 cooperative banks have already implemented it. KIR handles express transfers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
